She will help you define you near term and long term objectives and develop a strategy to help you achieve them. You will discover the tools available and learn how to use them. Individualized, one-on-one coaching and education provides the most efficient and meaningful way of entering into and leveraging the tools available to you.
Create Your Plan
We will help you to understand and develop your personal brand; determine your core values and demonstrate thought leadership in your domain. We will create your own social media plan and policy, and help you understand how to work within your organization’s policy and plan. We will walk you through the communication and brand equity life-cycle from individual contributors to the overall organization and/or business brand. We will review your current living-breathing brand; determine the steps you need to take to shape your brand and help you measure your effectiveness.
Learn The Tools
Kelley-Sue will teach you: how to set up profiles in the platforms most relevant to achieving your goals. You will learn how to manage privacy settings and how to individualize and differentiate your presence on these platforms. You will learn the tools, tips and best practices that make using the different platforms easier and how to use each platform to reach your personal, professional and organizational goals.
Measure and Iterate
Kelley-Sue will teach you some of the tools you need to measure your social media impact and show you how to stay abreast of the ever changing collections of products. You will understand the resources available to keep you up-to-date on evolving trends, platforms, technology; and support you in refining your plan, presence and social media implementation over time.
Individual coaching is available on a monthly or quarterly retainer basis.
